My place is located in central Princeton downtown prime location - few blocks (few minutes walk) to everything i.e. Princeton public library, Princeton University & Palmer Square, etc. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, nearby restaurants/eateries, public transport, & nightlife. Relax in the renovated living space & bedroom, & enjoy the renovated modern kitchen & updated bathrooms. My place is good for solo & business travelers, couple and university/academic visitors. The space This large private master bedroom is modern, clean and simple with 3 bright windows and large closet (your own key to lock your room will be provided with advanced notice) ... but bear in mind that this does not have a 5-star hotel ambiance. It's furnished with a twin bed with comfortable mattress and we provide freshly clean linen, desk and chair, wardrobe/closet, coffee/tea, breakfast bar, toiletries and hair dryer. Your room is cleaned between all guest stays and the common areas are being cleaned often (although as others are sharing the common space, the common area cannot be spotless 24/7). The room provides a comfortable twin bed for 1 person. If you are booking for 2 people, please provide advanced notice and we will provide floor mattress and bedding. All linens and towels are sanitized and cleaned between each guest. Guest access Shared kitchen, living room, dining table with chairs, cable tv, hi-speed WiFi internet, 2 shared bathrooms, off street parking (for extra fee), and washer/dryer (for extended visits). Please be tidy - i.e. clean up after yourself and be respectful of others sharing the space. If I'm not able to meet the guest in person, the guest can be provided temporary guest keyless entry code to get in (with specific instructions). During your stay If you wish, I can give you recommendations of the must-try/see and the hidden gems in Princeton. Other things to note Parking in private driveway is available for an additional $8 per night. Note that overnight parking on the street in downtown Princeton in general requires a parking permit. Parking space is limited in downtown so kindly advise at booking if you would need a parking space.
