Flexible check in/check out times as long as there's enough time for a thorough cleaning between guests. If there is, we will offer almost a day's extra time by extending hours before and after normal check in/out times. Lockbox means you come and go as you please. Totally renovated (2017) community beach within walking distance (a few short blocks). Other things to note Bayville is across the bay from Island Beach State Park where there are great ocean beaches and summer music concerts. Boardwalk and beaches are in Seaside, adjacent to IBSP. In 2017, our local community beach was totally renovated with all new sand, a new, adjacent playground, and new docks for crabbing...all within a short, easy walk from our shore home. Bring your boat, watercraft, tubes or bikes. No smoking in house please.
