Nice, bright, private room with a comfortable full bed, pillows and fresh linens always supplied. Guests have full access. Faces lovely Historic Elm Park, restaurants, shops, grocery store, train, all major bus lines are close. You will be set up in a private room with a full size bed, Desk, Mini Fridge, and some storage and closet with everything you could need in it. The house is a beautiful 100+ year old victorian with 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, storage rooms. My apartment provides the quintessential Worcester experience, as the "triple decker" style of the home--three apartments stacked on each other, is over a century old and is traditional in this area. We are Located right off of a main street in a busy college neighborhood so expect some noise especially on the weekends. We are located on the third floor. Please Note that for summer I don’t have AC in the room, we do however have fans in the Rooms. This is to keep costs low so that I can give guests a great deal! Also please note that I don’t own the laundry machines and they do break from time to time and when that happens they can be down for up to a week For getting around we are located close to the train statin and have a bus stop right outside the house. Parking - we have 3 off street spots that are first come first serve as well as parking on a safe side street next to the house. Please keep in mind we do have two dogs in the house, One is a little 5lb friendly 12 year old chihuahua and the other is a 7 year old Shiba Inu who's very friendly but high energy. Odds are you won't see them much during your stay unless you ask to. Guests will have access to everything but the private bedrooms. Coin OP laundry in the building, Fully equipped kitchen, otherwise everything is included (TV, HD antenna), Internet, Electric, Heat, Hair Dryer, Ironing, USB charging station, Coffee Maker ext). We also have towels and toiletries. I live here alone and I additionally usually have some airbnb guests. I am usually home in the morning. I enjoy conversation when guests are open to it, but also respect need for solitude. I am always happy to share what I know and love about this city. Easily accessible to the highway. The house right across from beautiful and historic Elm park for walks or runs (Ice skating in winter) and walking distance of a supermarket, Natural foods store, Ethnic food markets, restaurants, shopping, Salons, Gas stations, and Bars. Its also situated less then 2 miles from Holly Cross, Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), Clark University, Worcester State University, Becker College, Assumption College, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS). DCU Center, Worcester Art Museum, and Mechanics hall. It is an Busy and diverse neighborhood, Very safe and great for walking. We are right on the street so there is some noise in the hot summer months although the building is quiet. There is on and off street parking. Union Station (commuter rail) and Bus station is about 1.5 miles away. with bus stops outside the house.
