My cottage has a 3rd master bedroom with a queen size bed that is not included in this listing. I quite if interested in renting this extra room. The space Two cozy bedrooms with comfortable queen size mattresses and clean, quality bedding. A new bathroom with modern glass shower. A sunny yellow, fully equipped kitchen living room with 27" TV couch and, love seat. Deck, patio table umbrella and chairs. Off street parking. Guest access Guest will access a private space with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. You will have access to a sunny back deck with patio chairs and umbrella for soaking in the sun and star gazing at night. Surroundings are like a sanctuary, lots of birds and bunnies. It's the perfect haven for a relaxing get-away or a place to take one day excursions to coastal towns, Cape Cod or Boston. Note: There is an office/private space at the end of a hallway which is separated from the main house by a chain and not in use during your stay. Other things to note The area around back deck and up to she-shed is part of the rental. The yard beyond is not. Also, the tree house has not been maintained therefore children should not use or climb on it during their visit for their own safety.
