Other things to note NO DOGS NO CATS NO PETS OR ANY ANIMALS. Grill and stove must be cleaned by guests if used during their stay, these are not included in the cleaning fee and will cost an extra $50 per appliance if cleaning services need to clean them. Town Noise Ordinance: Must not create excessive noise between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The town requires we have security on the premise when tenants under the age of 25 are present. Wrist bands will be provided for all guests who are included in the booking. We don’t provide cooking oils, salt and pepper or any other food items.
