Relax with the whole family at this classic Cape Cod home in an upscale quiet neighborhood. This place will have everything you will need, including a private spacious back yard with hot tub, grille, firepit, and more. 1.5 miles to Craigville Beach making it an easy bike ride. I will provide a visitor's beach pass at no extra cost. I just installed mini-split ductless A/C so the house has whole house ductless air conditioning. This is my summer home not an Airbnb hotel run as a business. The space Three modest sized bedrooms with relatively new high-end mattresses. The design is a classic Cape. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a remote to control the mini-split ductless A/C unit in each bedroom. Similar units are in the t.v. room and living room. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. Some of my belongings will be in storage in the basement, the t.v. room closet and the garage but otherwise the house will be emptied of my belongings. The driveway can accommodate 4 cars. Please do not bring more than three cars if you can. A fourth car is the absolute max. Parking on the street is not technically allowed and you could get towed. Also, I really like my neighbors and some not so nice past guests misled me by representing that they were a group of 6 and then 8 showed up in separate cars and additional visitors came over to grille and watch the game. I'm not interested in hosting any college reunions or any event where other folks might just "drop by". I expect my guests to be respectful adults and primarily families who will appreciate that this is my summer home that I only rent occasionally. If you do not fit this description or if you plan to arrive with a caravan of cars and think this can be the basecamp for your college reunion, do not ask to stay at my place. Other things to note Cable t.v. in two rooms and highspeed internet access. No more than four cars are allowed in the driveway and NO STREET PARKING. This is a hard and fast rule.
