Male only (due to shared bathroom). A large private bedroom that features a full bed, a dedicated workspace, a TV, closet, compact private fridge, and a microwave. Ideal for a working professional, college students or travelers. The room also has three windows and a view of the backyard to enjoy the morning sunlight. The bathroom is shared and is located on the second floor. The room is located on the third floor of the house. The space This Stately Queen Anne Victorian house has an original wood inlay and beautiful chestnut doors, window trims, and staircase. You're surely going to have a remarkable experience. The house is on a quiet street. You could walk to supermarkets, restaurants, banks, laundromats. It's also accessible to major NJ highways, away from the bustle of NYC, but close enough to commute as well! The neighborhood is safe and I have very friendly neighbors. There are plenty of public street parking spaces available (no permit needed). The house is heated through an efficient steam-heat system in the winter and I offer a window A/C unit during the summertime. My place has South-Western light that keeps it warmer in the winter and a great leafy Oak tree and conifer keep it 10 degrees cooler in the summer! I have two security cameras that are outdoors on the front porch and a doorbell. The cameras record video and audio. Guest access This reservation does not come with access to the kitchen or its appliances, washer or dryer, backyard. The bathroom is shared. There is a laundromat, that's unaffiliated with this reservation, 2 mins away from the house that you can utilize. Kindly, review the house rules to insure a comfortable stay.
