Dining room opens to deck & extensive outdoor living areas with pond, fire pit & outdoor shower. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (King, Queen & Twin), luxurious bath w/ deep soaker tub. Covid-19 SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS: I run air purifiers (with plasma wave technology) in each room while the house gets a DEEP CLEAN. All pillows, comforters & couch quilts are swapped out between guests. All linens, towels, tablecloths etc. are washed on the hottest cycle of the washing machine. I also have an enhanced check-out protocol that helps to safely contain soiled linens & towels. BACKYARD UPGRADES: The large backyard features gorgeous flower gardens and large outdoor living areas that include a patio with grille, fire pit, screened-in seating area, pond, hammock, additional patio with bistro seating & chimenea, seasonal outdoor shower. You can literally walk to the beach from the house and smell the ocean from any of the outdoor seating areas :) Guests have access to the entire home and the beautiful, English-styled gardens. The basement will be locked but will be accessible if required to trip a breaker or shut off the main water valve. I like my guests to enjoy their privacy but I am close enough to be available within minutes if needed. While I do my best to tend to the gardens when guests are off the property, there may be occasions when this is not possible, especially during very hot summer days. I will notify guests of any need for me to access the gardens ahead of time. Please be aware that the weekly lawn mowing is done at 3pm and takes about an hour. This home is a short walk to Pleasant Road Beach which offers stunning sunrise views. It is also convenient to downtown Harwich Port and Dennisport restaurants, shops, art galleries, fun activities for the kids - trampolines, bumper boats, go-carts, mini-golf, Nantucket Ferry, Seal watch cruises, scenic Cape Cod bike path & so much more. There is a 2-car driveway in front of the house with additional parking in the rear shell driveway. A local H2O bus, with routes from Hyannis to Provincetown, will stop on-demand at the corner of Chase Street & Route 28, which is a five minute walk from the house. Bikes may be rented locally and serene Harwich Conservation lands are just a few minutes' drive or short bike ride away. Canoes may be put into the Herring River at the public access location at the end of Chase Street where it meet Route 28. Must be at least 21 years old to book my house
