Dining room opens through french doors to a small deck & extensive outdoor living areas with pond, fire pit & outdoor shower. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (King, Queen & Twin), luxurious bath w/ deep soaker tub. The space This is a PET-FREE & SMOKE-FREE property. BACKYARD: The large backyard features mature flower gardens, pond, expansive lawn with a swing nestled under the wisteria arbor, seasonal outdoor shower and several outdoor living areas for you to enjoy. These include a screened-in dining deck, lounging deck with honeysuckle & rose trellis, a gas grille, fire pit and hammock. You can literally walk to the beach from the house and smell the ocean from any of the outdoor seating areas :) REDUCED WINTER RATES! During the off-season this is a wonderful space for a writing retreat, artist's escape and wellness retreat. Calm, cozy & close to excellent cafes, restaurants, galleries, conservation walking trails & quiet beaches. ENTERTAINMENT: 43" Roku TV with DirecTV Genie in the living room. Smaller TV with DirecTV Genie access in the Study/4th bedroom. CLEANING: I run air purifiers (with plasma wave technology) in each room while the house gets a DEEP CLEAN. All linens, towels, tablecloths etc. are washed on the hottest cycle of the washing machine. I also have an enhanced check-out protocol that helps to safely contain soiled linens & towels. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and the beautiful, English-styled gardens. The basement will be locked but will be accessible if required to trip a breaker or shut off the main water valve. Other things to note You must be 21 or older to book my house.
