This clean and cozy cottage is just a 5 minute stroll from the beach and provides guests with the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. Perfect for couples, families, and small groups of friends, this cottage can comfortably sleep 2-5 guests and offers all the necessary amenities for your ideal vacation. Enjoy a cold drink on the back deck or soak up the rays on the beach- you have found your destination! The space My husband and I have enjoyed spending each summer in this cozy cottage with our children for many years. We just added new mini-splits to ensure proper cooling and heating for our guests. The kitchen and dining area are also recently renovated and we think you'll enjoy the bright look! There are also two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom, deck, grill, patio, and outdoor shower. This summer spot is perfect for all types of guests! Filled with the warm memories of family and friends, we hope you will enjoy the property as much as we have. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage with the exception of a few storage spaces. The front room closet is locked for owners' items. The small white cabinet in the master bedroom also contains some of our belongings. Other things to note Other details: The property has an indoor and outdoor shower, but no bathtub. Sheets & towels are not included.
