*PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING - I check ID upon check-in. Spacious room on 2nd fl of the house. Close to restaurants, bars, shops & public transportation *Union Station subway is 3 blocks away. Please read the check-in and check-out times. Please do not ask to change those times as it will not be honored. Late night check is allowed with certain rules. NO visitors FOR ZERO AMOUNT OF TIME that are not listed in reservation -NO exceptions The space Wood floors with area rugs, very warm in the winter and AC in the summer. The property is cleaned by a professional cleaning person weekly. Eclectic decor. Simple, spacious room in older home. *FREE Wifi, clean bathroom Basic -no frills, clean accommodations. Room DOES have a lock with key. Main entrance has key less entry for a EASY check in. Not fancy, no access to kitchen as we are making upgrades, hence the cost. Location is optimal for those who walk or access public transportation. Close to MIT and Harvard, & Union, Central, Harvard sqrs. I don't accommodate groups but I may consider depending on the situation - main reason for this is that this property has only 2 full baths. This house is NOT modern, it does have the older home charm. BIG room - I hope to attract students scouting schools, the professor visiting from abroad, someone who's decided to back pack/explore the US. or just anyone in need of a clean comfy bed for the night. My rooms are a decent place to rest for the night and clean up. * There are 2 dogs and 1 cat in the property though not allowed in guest rooms - for those with severe cat allergy this property may not be a good fit. Also please note note the train tracks are near the property and you may hear train noise sporadically. Guest access We are currently upgrading the kitchen area so this rental does NOT offer kitchen access. Guests have access to the half bath upstairs and shower rooms downstairs - there are two. During your stay I live in the property. I am friendly but if you're a little on the shy side, no worries- there's no obligation to socialize, a friendly salutation, nod and smile is fine. I am attentive to suggestions on how to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Other things to note Quiet hours are 10pm-6am, please be respectful of these hours. If any guest is noisy or disruptive, His/her reservation will be canceled. *This is for 1 guest ONLY. NO visitors allowed for any amount of time - NO EXCEPTIONS.
