There is also high-speed wifi throughout the house! Behind the dining room is the kitchen, which includes a new stainless steel refrigerator, gas stove and microwave as well as a dishwasher. The 2nd bedroom is just down the hallway from the primary bedroom (on the right). This bedroom has a king bed (mattress topper), dresser, 43" ROKU TV, two nightstands, and nice sized closet. There is a sliding door with access to the back patio and an area to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. (Best views in the house!) The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, a nightstand and a nice sized closet. Bathroom 1 - This is a full bathroom attached to the primary bedroom. The accommodations include a shower, two sinks and oversized tub. Bathroom 2 - This is a full bathroom attached to the 2nd bedroom with access from the hall as well. The accommodations include a shower, two sinks and oversized tub. The closet at the end of the hall is used as the owners storage closet and will be locked. The laundry room is located off of the dining area and has brand new stainless steel washer and dryer. There is a basement down the stairs off of the kitchen that is locked and off-limit to guests. The entire house is newly furnished!! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home aside from the basement, garage and owners closet. Other things to note Water - house uses well water, it is safe to drink from the faucet. There is a 50 gallon water heater, so be mindful if you chose to take a hot bath in the oversized tubs! Septic tank - DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER DOWN THE TOILETS!! Floors - To maintain the care of the floors, please remove your shoes. These floors are a rustic pine finish, they may snag socks and thin fabrics. Master Bedroom Patio Door - Lift the handle and turn lock to lock. The house is not baby proofed. There are stairs not secured with child gates. There are outlets not covered with baby proof plugs. Please also note the metal thresholds to the doors can get very hot when in the sun. Use caution touching these surfaces with bare skin.
