University Gardens Cottage

Two bedroom cottage in the University Gardens section of Baton Rouge. Located two blocks from the LSU lakes and a little over a block from Perkins Road. A number of great restaurants are within walking distance of the cottage. Tiger Stadium and the Pete Maravich Assembly Center are only 2.6 miles away. The space The cottage was beautifully renovated in 2019. Other things to note There is a garage apartment behind the main house that someone lives in. There is parking in the back of the house and on the parking pad in the front of the house. Please do not block the driveway.
