The space If you are planning a long stay, please let us know what you would prefer inside the room to ensure it meets your needs. Go through the list of items placed in the room and confirm what can be removed or added. Some guest rather have more space. We are happy to receive your feedback and suggestions to make your extended stay as pleasant as possible. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy all outdoor areas. Please note that you are renting a private room, not the entire house, as we live here. You will have your own private bedroom and full bathroom, along with access to a fridge, microwave, and seating area. I’m happy to accommodate any specific requests for additional amenities. During your stay We prioritize respecting the privacy of our guests, especially those visiting for work purposes. Guests can always communicate with us directly through the Airbnb application if needed. Other things to note We welcome only small to medium puppies. Please note that snakes or any other aggressive animals are not allowed. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted per stay. I have a puppy named Coco who weighs 15 lbs, although she may look a bit chubbier! Please understand that if you allow the pets onto the bed and it stains the linen including the comforter you’ll be charged an extra fee for cleaning purposes and possibly a full replacement of the comforter which is costly. Best advice is to remove the comforter or don’t allow the pets on top of the bed.
