So you may hear my garage door open/close from time to time. The only common areas shared with the occupants of the house are the hallway to the laundry room and the laundry room itself. I have a Sheprador puppy (born Nov 2021) named Major who may greet you from time to time. He has just learned his bark but LOVES people and to be pet. Our neighbor also have dogs and they all like to play together. If you have a phobia of dogs, this is not a good fit for you lol. 🐾 Guest access You will have your own parking space (only ONE SPOT available) in front of the garage and your own entrance. An August smart lock will be on the door to your own entrance. PLEASE PLEASE download and install the August Smart Home app and link to your AirBnB account BEFORE ARRIVAL for access in and out of the house. Other things to note Please note that some of the furniture/decor may be different than in the photos as I am swapping pieces out over time and have removed personal items.
