Little Fish Ranch

No Cleaning Fee. The Little Fish Ranch is a very unique, passive solar home that is wheelchair accessible. The views from the large windows are spectacular and the setting is peaceful. Ideally located in the heart of Paradise Valley, Little Fish is only 10 minutes to famous Chico Hot Springs and is close to prime hunting in the Gallatin Nat'l Forest or the Absaroka Wilderness Area. It's a great place for couples, families with kids, and wheelchair users. Come stay at our newly renovated home. The space The Little Fish Ranch is a passive solar home that is partially buried into the Earth. This helps the house stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It faces true south for maximum solar gain. The overhang on the windows helps to keep the summer sun out during the hottest part of the day. The view from the 23 windows is amazing! Guest access The primary entrance is through the back of the house is completely level entry through a garage and ramp down into the entry room, kitchen, living room, guest bedroom and bath, master bedroom and then the south entry room and then out into the front yard. There is a roll in shower in the entry room and a jetted tub in the main bathroom. You will not have access into the adjacent small aircraft hangar but there are a couple of tie downs available if you want to fly in yourself, Flying Y Ranch, MT-48 on your sectional navigation chart.
