Minutes away from ocean beaches and just 15 minutes from bay beaches. The house was entirely gutted and renovated in 2014. Pond view, private entrance, original oak floor and queen size bed. Attached bath has a marble subway tile floor which continues into the adjoining laundry room (semi-available). No smoking, drugs or heavy drinking on the property. Parking on site. Renovated in 2014, everything is new (except the bedroom floor which is the original oak); marble subway tile floor in bathroom and laundry room. Bedroom is very bright with three good size windows. Semi-available laundry room adjacent to bath. TV and high-speed wifi in room. Private entrance. Parking on site. Easy access to anywhere you would like to go on the Cape. Guest access Private access into bedroom. For short term rental access to bedroom, private bath and limited access to laundry room (upon request); for long term rental use of kitchen, laundry and yard. During your stay I'm available for questions and recommendations. Long term guests I expect to be friends with! Other things to note NO drugs, smoking or heavy drinking. Quiet time should be respected in the evenings. We are on a septic, so I try to be as environmentally friendly as possible using natural products for just about everything (vinegar and hydrogen peroxide work for most needs with no VOCs).
