Beautiful oceanview, no stairs and a Murphy Bed!

Welcome to our beautiful oceanview Maui Kamaole I-103 condo. This is a 1040 sq ft 1 bed 2 bath ground floor condo. There are no stairs inside or out. Guests love our king bed with black-out blinds in the bedroom, and our queen Murphy bed in the livingroom (no squeaky pull-out sofa!). As local owners we inspect and take care of cleaning and maintenance between each stay to ensure your comfort. The space The bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed, the large living room a queen-sized Murphy bed (no pull-out sofa). The main bathroom features a modern walk-in shower, the bedroom has its own private bathroom with double vanity. The living room spills out onto a large private and partially covered lanai with two chaise lounges and table seating for six with an ocean view. There is an additional small lanai off the bedroom with a chaise lounge and umbrella. Guest access - Two sparkling swimming pools with hot tubs and sun loungers for soaking up the Hawaiian sun - Tennis courts (we provide 2 rackets and balls - sign-ups are at the front desk) - Multiple barbecue areas surrounded by tropical gardens for outdoor fun and dining Location: Maui Kamaole is a low-density resort in South Kihei, Maui with 314 condos spread out over 23 acres. Conveniently located in the front third of the property, Maui Kamaole I-103 provides easy access to some of the island's most beautiful beaches, including Kamaole Beach Park III. Enjoy close proximity to shops, restaurants, and a wide range of outdoor activities, ensuring an unforgettable Hawaiian vacation experience. Local Attractions: Discover the beauty of South Maui with activities such as snorkeling, surfing, paddleboarding, and whale watching during the winter months. Explore the nearby Wailea resort area for upscale shopping, dining, and championship golf courses, or venture out to experience the natural wonders of Haleakalā National Park. Other things to note We provide a starter supply of toilet paper (2 per bathroom), paper towel (1), kleenex (1) and trash bags (3). You may want to bring extra from home. If you are running low, please add items to your shopping list for your next run to the grocery store so you don’t run out. We supply dish tabs, hand/dish soap, laundry soap and fabric softener.
