Sudbury - Charming Bungalow Near Lake

Welcome to this charming home in a nature-oriented yet convenient part of Boston Metrowest. You'll have a private bedroom, easy parking in the driveway or right out front, and this is a great neighborhood for walking. Due to the coronavirus, short term stays less than 30 days are currently prohibited by state regulations. Please reach out to inquire about stays for 30 days or longer. The space There's a small bedroom with a desk and double bed; the shared living room has a wood stove and a futon which pulls out into a double bed. It’s $15 additional to use the bed in the living room and there are curtains to close it off for more privacy. The full bath is shared. Great neighborhood close to nature and recreational opportunities, in between Rts. 95 and 495. There is a friendly Standard Poodle (hypoallergenic) whom I keep out of the guest space when I have guests. Note that there is WiFi but no TV. Guest access Side yard with shady and sunny areas, gazebo canopy, and fire pit. The backyard is reserved for my use. No kitchen access, but with advance notice you can store things in the fridge, I can pop something in the microwave for you, or I can give you a meal that I have cooked (for a fee; GF, DF, special diets are generally workable). There's also a cooler for your use. During your stay I am generally available and love meeting new people, and the space is also well set up to give you as much privacy as you want. I occasionally also rent out the guest space when I am out of town. Other things to note There is a housemate in another bedroom.
