This cute, clean cottage is less than a half mile to the beach! The private back yard feels far from civilization but is right near great views, family-friendly activities, restaurants and shopping. Cable, DVD, gas grill, outdoor shower, beach chairs and umbrellas are all included. Great for couples and small families. The entire house. This is a vacation rental. I am available by phone, but have people in the area I can call on to help if there is an emergency. A small private beach is less than a half mile away. Larger public beaches are just a block further in either direction. A very cute town center is a mile away. From the cottage you can walk to a breakfast restaurant, mini golf and ice cream. Dozens of other activities are a short drive away. The cottage is almost exactly in the middle between the Cape Cod Canal and Ptown at the tip, so it's great for day trips. Between June 20 and Labor Day a sticker or daily fee is required at public beaches, after Labor Day you can drive to any beach for free.
