The space This freshly updated 3-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it perfect for family getaways or small groups. The spacious master bedroom is located upstairs, with two additional bedrooms split between the first and second floors. Each room features a closet and dresser for easy storage. The heart of the home is the kitchen—my personal favorite space. Recently renovated, it features heated floors, a gas range, large sink, French door refrigerator, whisper-quiet dishwasher, and elegant white quartz countertops. A dedicated coffee bar is stocked with both Nespresso and Keurig machines, a milk frother, and plenty of coffee to start your mornings right. Step outside to the private, arborvitae-lined deck—perfect for soaking in the hot tub, grilling, or relaxing with friends and family. The backyard offers space for lawn games or evenings by the fire pit, and after a day at the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower. We provide beach towels for your use, and if you forget an essential (like a charger or toothbrush), let us know—we may be able to help. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guest access Guests will have access to a private driveway that fits two vehicles, plus additional parking available along our private road directly next to the driveway. Other things to note There is a separate apartment connected to the lower level of the main house. At times, a property manager may be staying there. They have their own private entrance and exit and will not share any indoor spaces with you or your guests. Please also remember to book your ferry tickets in advance. Ferry availability can be limited, and we cannot be responsible for missed reservations due to ferry scheduling issues.
