The space This is a 3 level home with a 2 car garage under and an additional parking spot in the driveway. The home is located approximately 50 feet to the entrance to Front Beach! People love the location! No need to worry about parking as there is a 2 car garage and an additional spot in the driveway --so enough parking for 3 cars-- a real plus in Rockport as street parking is metered. You must be able to climb stairs to enjoy this home, as you must come up the front steps to reach the front door. The front steps are stone with no handrail attached. Please keep this in mind when considering your physical needs. You can also enter through the garage. There is a flight of stairs in the garage with a handrail. This home is professionally cleaned in between all stays. The washer/dryer is in the garage set back in a small utility room. There are hardwood floors throughout, except for the bathrooms which are tiled. On the first level you will find a fully equipped Chef's kitchen, which opens up to a dining room and living room. Guests can stream their own services through the 60 inch smart TV in the living room. There is also a Bluetooth Vizio speaker in the living room where guests can stream their own music services. A half bath completes the first floor. On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: The yellow room, has a new queen size mattress this year (2024) (sleeps 2) and new room darkening shades (2024). There is also a small armoire for storage. There are two nightstands. Bedroom 2: The blue room, has a queen size bed (sleeps 2), new room darkening shades (2024), a closet, a long bureau with mirror/drawers, a five drawer dresser and two nightstands. Bedroom 3: The green room, has a bunk bed with a full size bed under (sleeps 1-2) and a twin size bed upper (sleeps 1). This bedroom also has new room darkening shades (2024), a closet with hangers, a bureau with mirror and one nightstand. The second floor landing has three chairs to sit and read as well as a simple Chrome Box PC for basic internet and email use. The whole house has high-speed internet WIFI. A second staircase takes you to the third floor. This floor is finished with a bunkbed with a full size bed under (sleeps 1-2) and a twin sized bed upper (sleeps 1). In addition you will also find a full sized bed (sleeps 2). There is also a small dresser and an armoire for additional storage. There is a partial ocean-view from the blue, green and top floor bedrooms. The backyard patio offers a charcoal BBQ grill along with a table and chairs. There are also lounge chairs and a bench for sitting in the garden with partial ocean views. In the garage, you'll find additional beach chairs and beach toys to enjoy during your trips to the beach.
