Cabin in Cooke City

This neat house has 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and full bathroom, living area and plenty of room for family. There is a grill out back and great views of the local mountains. It is a very well insulated log cabin with vynl siding staying cool in summer and warm in winter. It's right in the middle of town. You can walk to the restaurants and stores easily. Our place has all the comforts of home with a smart TV and WiFi. The beds and couches are comfortable. There are a few steps up to get inside. The space This classic retro home is centrally located but off the main street. Lovely mountain views out the back door and just 3 miles to the Northeast Entrance to Yellowstone park. Suitable for up to four adults with two beds one queen and one full. Families with kids are welcome. Our housekeeper has pack'n'play cribs to borrow. Pets are not allowed. The home is a log cabin covered in siding. It's mostly original with 70's style wall paper counter tops and flooring. The carpet upstairs is newer and both are shampooed seasonally. Laundry appliances available is an added bonus of this house. Guest access We have high speed internet, however, the mountainous terrain and limited infrastructure can sometimes impact stability especially when connecting multiple devices. You may notice that the WiFi isn’t quite as consistent as you’re used to in more urban areas. You get the whole house to yourself. Free street parking in front of the house. There are neighbors pretty close by to the south. They are visiting the area as well. Other things to note There are a few steps up to get into the front and back doors. There is a flight of stairs down to access the second bedroom and laundry appliances. This an older home with 70's wall paper and much of the interior fixtures are original. We have recently updated the appliances. Inside the home stays rather cool during summer. Open some windows and be sure the heat is down if it feels too hot. We have plenty of options for heating the place up during winter but please just use the thermostat in the hall or the space heaters.
