You'll be a 10 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, have beautiful sunset views over the bay from the front patio. We are minutes from the world famous Atlantic City boardwalk, Stockton University, Casinos, and the charming beach towns of Ventnor, Margate and Longport, many restaurants, cafes, brunch spots, pizza, ice cream shops and boutiques. You can park one car totally free on our driveway and there is free street parking for 3 hours at a time so you may need to move any other cars. The space Spacious living and dining areas, full size eat in kitchen, nice size bedrooms with closets, a/c units and ceiling fans, laundry room, side yard for grilling, outdoor shower (shared with upper level guest). Guest access All of it. Other things to note NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE). Long term stays may require a separate agreement for utility reimbursement and cleaning services. NO BIKES, BEACH OR FISHING GEAR ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE, IF YOU HAVE SECURITY CONCERNS BRING LOCKS.
