Maximum is 240 feet of beach across 2 lots. Sometimes water up to bank with limited beach, but there is a giant back yard with woods always accessible! You can anchor off the bank and use the stairs to access wooded area or go to house. Also we have ample parking for your boat if you want to pull it out each night and launch again. Clemson-Close Sweetwater Lake house is perfect for R&R, a home cooked meal for a Clemson or Wesleyan college student, family reunion/vacation, girls weekend, small wedding, graduation or nature hikes to 15 waterfalls within a 30-minute drive. Greenville 45 minutes, Clemson 10 minutes, Brevard 1 hour 15, Asheville, Charlotte, and Atlanta are within 2 hrs. for great day trips. No college parties allowed.
