BEDROOM 2- 2 Beds - 1 Queen and 1 Full bed, Smart TV, a desk, 2 roomy closets and a full bath with a stand-up shower. BALCONY: -The sliding glass door open to a spacious outdoor balcony with seating. AMENITIES: -The home is also equipped with Wifi, a standard drip coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and much more! LOCATION: -The unit is in a complex on a beach block directly across from Ocean Resort & Casino and next to The Showboat Hotel. Take a lovely, quick stroll to the boardwalk and beach. ADDITIONAL NOTES: -Please note that like many areas of the city, the complex parking lot has the possibility of puddling or flooding when it rains. This factor is out of our control and we suggest parking at Ocean Casino across the street in the event that it becomes problematic. -Please excuse the complex's appearance- it is under new management and the HOA is currently doing renovations and landscaping to maintenance the building and grounds. -Please be aware Atlantic City is a multi cultural city style area, and this complex is mostly vacation rentals and working class Atlantic City residents. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding! KEYLESS ENTRY: -There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip. PARKING: -There is ONE designated parking space for guests to use. -We will release more information regarding parking with your check-in message. -Your car WILL be towed if it is not parked in the proper spot, so please be respectful of other's parking spaces. -Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets. -We are not responsible for guest's vehicles. -For any additional cars, we suggest utilizing self parking garage at Ocean Casino which is right across the street. Other things to note HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS: At "Run-AC Villa", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue. CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.
