The bedroom and eat in kithcen are private A desk-area located to the back of the living room. You have acces to an outdoor table and Adirondack chairs near the fire pit. Feel free to use the outdoor shower after the beach. . Guest access The Carriage House is a private apartment located to the rear of our home and includes use of backyard, Outdoor shower and fire pit upon request. Other things to note Must be comfortable with an energetic dog on the property. Only the bedroom is Air Conditioned.
