Enjoy your stay in this freshly renovated beach cottage, steps to the ocean and a short walk to local beaches in the beautiful seaside town of Nahant. The cottage is on a small street with a screened-in back deck, three-seasons front porch, an outdoor patio with grill and dining table. An easy 3-minute walk to The Oceanview for wedding or event guests. The space Renovated in 2019, the house has everything you'll need for a perfect getaway. The open floor plan on the first floor provides the perfect space for cooking, eating, and lounging all together. Kitchen complete with brand new stainless-steel appliances and equipped with all the cooking basics you'll need. Coffee cart includes drip coffee maker, french press, cold brew french press, coffee grinder and beans! Indoor dining table seats 7 comfortably for family dinners. Cozy up on the sectional to watch TV, or settle into the built-in window bench, perfect to read or for an afternoon nap. Both bedrooms are upstairs and have queen beds with new mattresses. The larger bedroom also has a daybed in an attached space for additional sleeping space. Two full bathrooms: One on the first floor with shower, one second floor with bath + shower. Plenty of different areas to enjoy outdoors as well -- there is a screened-in back porch with a couch, 2 chairs (one hanging) and table. Also a patio with a new Weber Genesis grill and teak dining table for outdoor dining. While there is a fire pit in the backyard, unfortunately guest use of the fire pit is prohibited. Also note that given the closeness of our neighbors, outdoor use (including back porch, patio or yard) are not permitted after 10 PM. AC and free Wifi. Guest access Guests have the entire property to themselves. Other things to note Nahant doesn't have a supermarket, but there are two convenience stores and a small local market in town for last-minute needs. Otherwise there are multiple Supermarkets within a 10 minute drive from town in Lynn & Swampscott. Unfortunately there is only a very small one-car driveway at the house, and street parking requires a resident sticker. If you are hoping to have more than one car, please let me know ahead of time and I can do my best to make other arrangements for the second car. NO outdoor use (back porch, back patio, backyard) permitted after 10 PM. ---Given we are in a quiet neighborhood where houses are very close together, we asked that you keep noise to a minimum at night, not only when but especially if you are outside. Use of the outdoor spaces after 10 PM is strictly prohibited. NO use of fire pit permitted --- Unfortunately we have had some issues with use of the fire pit and as a result we cannot allow our guests to use it. Please, always respect our neighbors!!!
