Charming Chatham Cottage - Walk to the Beach!

Welcome to your home away from home! This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is the perfect Cape escape - just a 5 minute walk to Ridgevale Beach! Conveniently located only a few miles from the shops and restaurants in downtown Chatham, grocery stores, gas stations, and Exit 85 (formerly exit 11). The space The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed, a dresser, and closet. The second upstairs bedroom has one set of bunk beds (2 twin beds), a dresser and closet. The third bedroom is located downstairs off the dining room and has a queen bed, dresser, and hooks on the wall for hanging. The living room is located on the back of the house in the converted enclosed porch to an all season room. Relax on the comfortable sofa and love seat and stream your favorite TV shows or movies (you must log in to your own account to watch). We also have some games and books for you to enjoy when you need to unplug. The kitchen has new appliances, with pots, pans, utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, etc. provided for you to cook dinner at home! There are Mitsubishi wall mounted air conditioning units in the living room and each bedroom. They are controlled by remote controls located in each room. There is a covered patio underneath the back of the house as well as an outdoor seating area for you to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. There is also an outdoor shower located off the patio for you to rinse off the sand or enjoy a shower in the outdoors! There is a brand new grill for you to use, we just ask that you leave it as you found it! Linens are provided for each bed, as well as one towel and washcloth per guest. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, cleaning supplies, and hand soap will be provided but please come prepared with your own toiletries! The washer and dryer are located in the basement, which is accessed from the stairs off the back of the house. You will also find beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella in the basement. There is a running refrigerator in the basement if you should need to use it! We have child gates at the bottom and top of the stairs. There is a LifeVac choking rescue device located in the kitchen. We also have a pack and play that can be set up at your request. Sorry, we request that you leave your 4 legged friends at home! Guest access You have access to the entire home and property. There is room to park 2 cars comfortably in the gravel parking spot. Please just make sure all cars are in the parking area and not in the road at all! You will enter and exit at the back of the house through the door located at the top of the steps via the smartlock. Other things to note During the summer season (June, July, August) we request that you book in week long increments from Saturday-Saturday.
