We rent mainly to families or 3 adult couples who are responsible and considerate of our house and neighbors. Guest access All access except the shed. Other things to note No sublets. No vaping/smokers inside or $500 fine. In some bookings bedding and towels may be extra. Pets on approval- never left unattended inside or out unless crated. No parties or extra guests.
