Backyard dining area. The space Main floor includes a living room, dining room, a half bath, and a “piano room”separated from the galley kitchen by an antique workbench/island. There is also 1 bedroom on this floor, accessible through the dining room or the kitchen. Laundry facilities are in the basement and are available for guest use. The rest of the basement is mostly private storage, but there is an 8x10’ carpet with enough space to do yoga or set up a drying rack for your laundry! The second floor has a 2nd bedroom and the full bath. The 3rd bedroom is off limits. Guest access The whole house with the exception of one of the 2nd floor bedrooms, the attic, and the owner storage in the basement. The yard is fenced and private and available to guests. Other things to note This is a private home occasionally listed on Airbnb. This property backs up to the commuter rail line; you will hear the train “woosh” (similar to a snow plow passing) in the 1st floor bedroom if you don’t have the A/C on. Upstairs bedroom windows do not face the tracks so you won’t hear the train. No trains run between 1:05am and 5am.
