This unit offers an in-unit washer and dryer including an iron and ironing board for your convenience. To access the space, use your personal password on the keypad at the front entrance. This perfectly located private unit has its own garage within the premises. It is just a minute walk away from the bus stop which takes you to the T station 15-20 minutes' walk away. It is a short drive from downtown Boston & Fenway Park, MIT, Harvard, Tufts, Boston University and Boston College. We are only a 10-minute drive from Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s, and a walking distance from a shopping center, which includes a local Starbucks, Stop & Shop grocery store, banks, and a post office. Down the street is a spacious local park including a tennis court with nice sledding hill during winter.
