Ideal for two families with a separate apartment downstair and a good size yard for kids. 4 TVs, Excellent WIFI and a desktop to work. Kayaks and bikes are available for use. RENT for 3 days minimum, no checking/ checkout on SUNDAYS. Entering the house you will find beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Large living room with huge smart TV of 75 inches/ dining area which connects to the fully equipped kitchen, and leads out to the deck with outdoor dining and gas grill. Enjoy the beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, gas stove, and recent appliances. Master bedroom has a king size bed with smart TV, and private bathroom. There are two twin beds in one kid's bedroom. There are a twin and a full beds in the other kid's bedroom. The lower level is a full appartement with a private locked entrance through the backyard. There is a living room with TV and a master bedroom with a queen size bed with another TV and private bathroom. There is a brand new small kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink and basic appliances. The lower level living room offers additional sleeping with a full size futon. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, central AC, enclosed outside shower with hot water. Kayaks and bikes are available for use. There are toys for the kids. There is a good size yard for kids to play in with a trampoline, ninja warrior obstacle course and swing set. We have an environmentally-friendly garden with many trees, composting and we do not use pesticides or fertilizers. Some sections of our garden are purposely overgrown to make it a more attractive environment for all things wild. However there is plenty of mowed space for everyone to enjoy. All linens and towels are provided. Little Island is less than one mile away and is a great place to hike along the walking trails into the wooded interior of the island. Circumnavigating the perimeter along the sunny beach as the salt air fills your nostrils and the sun hangs low over Buzzard’s Bay is unbeatable. Just be warned: You may never want to go to a crowded, public beach again. There is a private entrance and separate parking spot for up to four cars. I won’t be available in person because we will be traveling, but I will share with you a point of contact in case you need help. Our favorite places: French Bakery: Maison Villatte in Falmouth is a top notch traditional French bakery (go early, it gets busy!) . North Falmouth cheese shop in North Falmouth (you can get fresh bread and viennoiseries from the French bakery). You can bike there from the house as it is located near the bike path. We have been living here for fifteen years and this is our main residence.
