New Dormitory ,very cozy , small kitchen, stove ,microwave ,coffee , tea, hot water, wifi, , big fridge, spacious bathroom table and 2 chairs in yard can be use day and night, parking two , no smoking. No pets, no alcoholics beverages, no children under 12 years no loud volume in music The space This is a private bedroom with its own entrance from the side of the house. It has own bathroom, one queen bed, one sofabed available for three people. Also it has coffee or tea maker, microwave small refrigerator Guest access They can park car in driveway, rest in back yard hammock, garden table. Other things to note We are adult couple and we don't have kids, so the place is so quiete.
