Within 7-min walk there's waterfront with a breathtaking view of Manhattan. Please be mindful of making loud noise, and enjoy the peaceful environment. For coffee and tea lovers: there is no coffeemaker, however I do provide an electric kettle, a fresh water filter, and a chest with several tea and instant coffee flavors.
