Lovely studio walk to Wellesley and Babson College

Located in downtown Wellesley. Walk to Whole Foods, Dana Hall, commuter rail, Public Library, downtown restaurants, parks and of course Wellesley College and Babson College. The space The studio is located in the lower/ garden level of a single family, has its own private entrance, full bathroom with a shower stall, a basic kitchenette with a microwave and equipped for cooking. A guest has access to a free washer and drier, an orthopedic queen size bed with anti allergic linen. Right outside the studio there is a vegetable garden for summer time , small table with two chairs and in the patio area there is a grill, fire pit and a round table with 4 chairs. This patio area is the only smoking area Guest access Guest can access the patio area and laundry room Other things to note I share the property with two mature, well-behaved dogs who are always kept away from the studio and patio area while guests are present. Smoking is permitted only in the patio area. The studio features comfortable 7’2” ceilings, with just a small section (less than 10% of the space) slightly lower to accommodate a structural beam.
