Our expansive property features two distinct buildings: the main house and the Ohana all with king-sized bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. Step into the Garden Suite, which opens to a serene entry garden, complete with a private entrance and full bath for your convenience. The cozy Spa Room, located just off the main living area, features a private bath and direct access to the outdoor shower – perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and a private primary bedroom sitting above the kitchen with views of the ocean from the shower and bedroom. The primary suite boasts a full soaking tub, walk-in shower with ocean and mountain views, and full black-out curtains for lazy mornings. Our property has three dwellings on it and you will have full exclusive access to the entire property. Other things to note • We honor Hawaii’s quiet hours and prioritize a peaceful environment for all guests. If you’re seeking a party-focused experience, we’re happy to refer you to alternative accommodations better suited to your needs. • Pool Heat: Our pool can be heated upon request at a rate of $120/day plus tax, and must remain on for the entire duration of your stay. Due to our higher elevation, the pool typically averages around 76°F without heating. Some guests enjoy this cooler temperature, while others prefer it warmer—it’s entirely based on your personal preference. We require at least 72 hours’ notice, so please let us know at the time of booking if you’d like the pool heated. • Only registered guests are permitted to use the pool and spa. We do not allow private parties or weddings on the property. • Families with Children: While we welcome families with children of all ages, please note that our home is not child-proofed and there is no fence or gate around the pool. Children must be supervised at all times, and guests are solely responsible for their children’s safety during the stay. • Check-In & Check-Out: Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability. We’ll notify you the day of your arrival as soon as the home is ready. Late checkouts are subject to a half-day rate. (pending availability) • A 7-night minimum stay is required during the holiday season. Check-ins and check-outs are not allowed on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day. • Luggage Drop-Off: Due to limited parking and scheduled maintenance, we do not allow luggage drop-off prior to check-in. • Scheduled Maintenance: Landscaping and pool service occur every Tuesday morning through late morning to keep the property in pristine condition. • Security Camera Disclosure: There is one Ring camera with a floodlight located in the front driveway area for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest areas. • Property Boundaries: Please do not climb, sit, or walk on the lava rock wall at the Aolani Coffee Cottage. Additionally, access to the surrounding working coffee and Mac-nut fields is not permitted, as they are privately owned and not part of the rental property. For your safety and respect of neighboring properties, we kindly ask that all guests remain within the designated home and yard areas. • Noise Policy: Violation of Hawaii’s noise ordinances or quiet hours may result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of your reservation without refund. We follow all Hawaiian Rules & Regulations regarding Transient Accommodations (State Required Information) IMPORTANT TO NOTE: State TA and GE Taxes are NOT included in the nightly rate Registration Details 095-475-0976-01
