Accommodations & Access: The main house features four king suites all with ensuite bathrooms. The 4th bedroom Ohana- connected to the primary residence by a breezeway, boasts a spacious second master suite with a king-size bed, dual vanity bathroom, and a picturesque lanai overlooking the ocean—ideal for enjoying sunsets and morning coffee with a view. Beneath the 4th bedroom Ohana, you’ll find a fantastic flex space equipped with a large 70” flat screen, a pull-out sofa, office area, a sizable fridge, and a small gym with a Peloton and AC, ensuring a comfortable stay and additional accommodation options for you. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the main property, with ample privacy amidst beautiful lush Hawaiian landscaping. These locations share a driveway. Other things to note • We honor Hawaii’s quiet hours and prioritize a peaceful environment for all guests. If you’re seeking a party-focused experience, we’re happy to refer you to alternative accommodations better suited to your needs. • Pool Heat: Our pool can be heated upon request at a rate of $120/day plus tax, and must remain on for the entire duration of your stay. Due to our higher elevation, the pool typically averages around 76°F without heating. Some guests enjoy this cooler temperature, while others prefer it warmer—it’s entirely based on your personal preference. We require at least 72 hours’ notice, so please let us know at the time of booking if you’d like the pool heated. • Only registered guests are permitted to use the pool and spa. We do not allow private parties or weddings on the property. • Families with Children: While we welcome families with children of all ages, please note that our home is not child-proofed and there is no fence or gate around the pool. Children must be supervised at all times, and guests are solely responsible for their children’s safety during the stay. • Check-In & Check-Out: Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability. We’ll notify you the day of your arrival as soon as the home is ready. Late checkouts are subject to a half-day rate. (pending availability) • A 7-night minimum stay is required during the holiday season. Check-ins and check-outs are not allowed on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day. • Luggage Drop-Off: Due to limited parking and scheduled maintenance, we do not allow luggage drop-off prior to check-in. • Scheduled Maintenance: Landscaping and pool service occur every Tuesday morning through late morning to keep the property in pristine condition. • Security Camera Disclosure: There is one Ring camera with a floodlight located in the front driveway area for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest areas. • Noise Policy: Violation of Hawaii’s noise ordinances or quiet hours may result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of your reservation without refund. • Local Wildlife: Nestled in nature, you’ll hear the charming sounds of singing frogs, birds, and the occasional rooster. Light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs.
