The space 📍 Spacious 3-Bedroom Apartment Near Bow Market Welcome to this bright and thoughtfully furnished three-bedroom apartment, perfectly situated on the second floor of a quiet four-unit building in Somerville. Enjoy a comfortable stay just a short walk from Bow Market, Union Square, and with easy transit into Boston. 🛏️ Sleeping & Living Space Each of the three bedrooms is outfitted with a cozy queen-size bed, soft linens, side tables, and ambient lighting. All bedrooms include blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep, and two feature TVs with streaming capabilities. Two of the bedrooms are also equipped with dedicated desks, making it easy to work or study during your stay. The spacious living room features a large sectional couch, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and stylish decor—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. 🍽️ Dining Area Gather for meals or game nights at the dining table that comfortably seats six. 🍳 Kitchen The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home: microwave, electric kettle, blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, mixing bowls, utensils, and wine glasses. (Pantry staples like oil, coffee, or spices are not guaranteed unless kindly left behind by previous guests.) 🛁 Bathroom The full bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. We provide clean towels, a hair dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. Please note: face cloths are not provided. 🧺 Laundry There is a shared coin-operated washer and dryer located in the basement. Note: The basement is unfinished and access is via a narrow stairwell at the back of the building—it’s functional but not visually polished. 🌳 Outdoor Space Guests have access to a shared backyard with the other three units—great for relaxing outdoors or letting the kids run around. 👶 Traveling with Kids? We offer a Pack & Play included in your stay. 🚶‍♀️ 2nd Floor – No Elevator This unit is located on the second floor of a walk-up building. Please note that there is no elevator. 🌡️ Heat & AC (Massachusetts Compliance) Window AC units are provided in the warmer months. In accordance with Massachusetts law, heat is available from September 15 to May 31. For AC installation or seasonal switch requests, please message us ahead of time—we’ll do our best to accommodate. 🚫 Important: – No smoking – No parties or events – Only registered guests allowed in the apartment or on the premises 🅿️ Parking Pass A guest street parking pass is available for your stay and is valid for either 2 or 3 days at a time. If you're staying longer, you can swap it out mid-stay with a new pass as needed. Please note: the city only allows us to replace a lost pass once per year, and there is a $300 fee if the pass is lost. 📬 If you choose to mail the pass back after your stay, a small fee may apply to help accommodate the next guest’s parking needs. ℹ️ Please Note We’re a small local team of 8—not a hotel with daily service or industrial laundry. We do our best to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay for all of our guests. Be sure to check the “Other Things to Note” section to ensure this stay is the right fit for you. Guest access 📩 Check-in instructions will be sent the day before your arrival. Please note that a valid photo ID may be requested prior to receiving check-in details. Other things to note 🅿️ Parking –Parking pass available for guests, $300 charge if missing upon checkout! 🚫 No Elevator – 2nd floor. 🍳 Kitchen Supplies – While we provide pots, pans, and basic cooking tools, we do not supply oil, salt, pepper, coffee, or other food-related items. You may find a few pantry items left behind by previous guests. 🛏️ Linens & Towels – We provide 100% cotton linens and clean bath towels, but we do not provide face cloths. Some linens may show light stains due to the lack of industrial laundry facilities, but they are always clean. If needed, we’re happy to provide a fresh set. 🆔 Guest Identification – The host reserves the right to request a valid photo ID before sending check-in instructions. No refunds will be issued for failure to provide identification. Minimum Age & Guest Composition - The primary guest must be 21+ and present for the entire stay. Reservations intended to allow under-21 guests to stay without appropriate adult supervision (for example, one 21-year-old booking for multiple 18–20-year-olds) are not allowed. 🐾 Support/Service Animals – A doctor’s note or doctor-signed certificate is required before hosting. 📦 Lost & Found – Forgotten items can be shipped back for a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs. Unclaimed items are donated or discarded after 14 days. 🏥 Medical Stays – For guests staying for medical or hospital-related reasons, we are pleased to offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate. 🚽 Plumbing Reminder – DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING down the toilets other than toilet paper. Absolutely no “flushable” wipes, tampons, or other items. The building’s pipes are very old, and even a single wipe can cause severe clogs, requiring walls to be opened for plumbing access and repairs.
