Asako's House is a spacious house in a popular area of Kona. Just minutes from Magic Sands Beach and Keauhou, this location is perfect for riding the waves and taking a manta ray excursion. With 4 bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the annex there is room for everyone. The pool, sauna, and Japanese soaking tub help you relax after a long hike to Green Sand Beach or to snorkel Captain Cook monument. Four couches and two dining room tables invites conversation after a fun day. The large kitchen includes a dishwasher, large pantry, and a grill on the lanai just outside the door. Master bedroom is spacious with a private bathroom that includes an ofuro, a Japanese soaking tub. The En Suite has a private lanai and an epic view and can include a private bath by closing the exterior door. Guests have full access to the entire main floor. The caretaker lives in the lower level studio and may on occasion use the pool. This is a residential home not in a complex or condo, the pool is for guests and caretaker use only. The host suite is in the basement and they can be available for any guest need. I can be available if needed. There is a vibrant mood in the neighborhood as this is a mostly tourist area. There are often pedestrians, bicyclist, and joggers passing in front of the house. There is a surf school near, a place to shore dive, as well as a beach for body boarding. The Big Island is best experienced with a car. Rentals can be found at the airport or through Turo. Guest can catch the Kona Trolley and rent bicycles close to the house. The street in front of the house is walkable with a designated area for pedestrians and bikes. Perfect location for quick access to Magic's Beach, Kealekekua Bay, Keahou shopping center and numerous farmers markets. Kona Trolley stop near as well as bike rental.
