Welcome to my tiny oasis in Baton Rouge! There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment within a short drive. This is a tiny house with A/C, heating, cable, Wifi, and a Roku TV for streaming. Private use of pool and backyard during your stay. Great for couples looking for a private, romantic getaway! (Sorry, no local reservations allowed.) No parties, and only the registered guests, are allowed on the property. The space Located in a quiet neighborhood, just around the corner from a large shopping, eating, and entertainment area. Only a 15-20 minute drive from downtown Baton Rouge and LSU campus. Heated outdoor shower (no indoor shower in guest house) and outdoor kitchen with an electric grill, perfect for grilling burgers! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire tiny house, backyard, and pool. Pool does not have a lifeguard on duty and is not heated. Also note that 2nd floor of tiny house is not handicap accessible. Other things to note Additional Rules: No local reservations. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property at any time for any reason. Parking in driveway only, not in the grass or on the street. Quiet hours between 10PM-7AM. Smoking allowed on property, but not in the tiny house. No pets. No unattended children in pool area at any time. No glass allowed in the pool area. Plastic cups are provided for enjoying drinks around the pool. Any violation will result in termination of reservation and a $200 penalty + damages. Late check-out fee of $15/ half hour. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or left behind items. Please make sure to check the property to ensure you have all your belongings before you check-out.
