Private outdoor shower. - Wall mounted a/c upstairs and in each bedroom. - Washer, dryer, d/w, cable, DVD player, wifi. - PLEASE NOTE: Bedding/Towels available for use, but must be laundered/folded prior to departure. Alternatively, renter can provide own linens or utilize laundry service provided by cleaners. - 6 Beach Badges are Included. Required for ages 12 and above, June-Labor Day. - Cleaning fee has been deducted from base rental amount and shown as a separate cost.
