Welcome to our beautiful coconut coast condo! This is a one bedroom condo in Kapaa on the island of Kauai. It has a King size bed in the bedroom and a double sleeper sofa in the living room. That means it comfortably sleeps up to 4. The condo features a full kitchen, all appliances (including a blender for those great tropical drinks), dishes, linens, etc. The unit has WiFi internet access, smart TV and cable, beach towels, flashlights, boogie boards, coolers, and beach chairs for use. We also leave beach towels, flashlights, boogie boards, coolers and beach chairs for your use. So far, our guests have been wonderful about leaving them for the next person and even add to the collection! There are gas BBQs by the pool. All you need are your shorts, slippahs, and a smile! This is a second floor unit with a beautiful view of the coconut coast and is located about 300 feet from the beach across a grass field with a sidewalk leading from the unit to the beach. The beach pictures are taken from the end of the sidewalk looking North and South. As you can see, the beach is very quiet and uncrowded. Plantation Hale is located in Kapaa, about eight miles North of the Lihue Airport. It is next to the Coconut Plantation Marketplace for those of you familiar with the island. The main road around Kauai is shaped like a horseshoe with no roads on the north shore. We are located in the center of the horseshoe and equal distances to the end of the road in both directions. You can fish, swim and snorkel at the beach out front or go body surfing, boogie boarding, kayaking, water-skiing or golfing a short drive away. There is also plenty of shopping close at hand. Gift shops and art galleries abound with lots of fun little restaurants in Kapaa town. Don't miss the farmer's market with fresh fruit and produce at bargain prices. Other things to note Please be respectful to neighbors when coming and going from the unit, and when utilizing exterior areas. Responsible party must be 21 years of age or older to rent with KREG. An electronic rental contract will be required to finalize a reservation. Any questions, please ask. We can provide a copy pry to booking. Also worth noting for those new to Kauai is that there are lots of fauna and flora that one may not be used to on the mainland. This is paradise for more than humans and you'll see Chickens and Roosters throughout the island, geckos (they are our friends) as they take care of other bugs that you might come across as well.
