Wake up on the water at this 4-bedroom waterfront beach house where Lake Louise meets Cooks Creek, complete with a private dock, backyard fire pit, and two kayaks ready to launch. The quiet north beach entrance is a 3-minute walk, and Jenkinson's Boardwalk (rides, arcades, the aquarium, fresh donuts) is just 2-10 minutes on foot. Sleeps 8, with room for the whole crew to rest, recharge, and make a summer's worth of memories. The space The backyard is the star: a waterfront deck for morning coffee and sunset BBQs, a private dock for kayaks, paddleboards, or your boat or jet ski (docking available), a fire pit for s'mores nights, and a footwash to rinse off sandy feet after the beach. Inside, the home spreads across four split levels. The main floor holds the kitchen and living room. A few steps down are the laundry and a full bath with a stand-up shower. Above the living room are two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and one with a queen, plus a second full bath. The top floor has the king bedroom and another queen. Fast 346 Mbps WiFi, a smart TV with your streaming favorites, central A/C, and a dedicated workspace round out the inside. All linens, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen are provided. Bring your family, toiletries, and bathing suits. Guest access You'll have the run of the house and yard, minus a few storage closets. The driveway fits two cars, and a Level 2 (J1772) EV charger is available for a small per-kWh fee. Jet ski docking is offered for an extra fee. Kayaks and bikes are free to use once each rider signs a quick waiver. Other things to note Please read house rules. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during the summer May 15-Sept 30. Beach Badges (4 adults) - Additional beach badge purchases are available at the beach. Badges must be left at the house. ANY LOST BADGES COST $150 EACH.
