This space includes one master bedroom and one smaller bedroom on the top floor of a beautifully restored Victorian townhouse. There is a private bathroom for guests' personal use down the hall. There is a separate 2nd floor entrance for guests to enjoy complete privacy on the 3rd floor. The house is located directly behind the Journal Square PATH Station. It is a 7-10 minute walk from the house to the station. Guests are only three short stops to the World Trade Center in NYC. The space Both bedrooms are located on the top floor of the house. Each bedroom has a queen sized memory foam bed and it's own 50 inch HDTV. These rooms are perfect for families or friends that are travelling together and require two separate rooms. The bathroom on the floor is intended for occupants of both bedrooms. Guest access The guest entrance is private and for guest use only. There is a contact-free check-in process where guests access a lockbox on the front door, let themselves in, and go right up the staircase to their respective rooms. The third floor is for the exclusive use of guests so you'll never have to worry about encountering a resident of the house. Please note that there are two staircases for guests to climb which could be difficult for the elderly. Other things to note Parking is difficult in Jersey City. Except for Saturday and Sunday, drivers are required to have a parking permit to park in this neighborhood. The best way to get around is by using the trains into the city or using Uber for quick trips to the bars and restaurants around the Grove Street Station. Walking is also a great option. It is about 1 mile to the Newark pedestrian area where some of the best bars and restaurants are located. There is paid parking offsite close by.
