Take a look at our "Tree House Farm Stay" The space An incredible opportunity to spend time on a working farm close to all the conveniences and attractions of city and coastal life. The camper is a vintage 1969 Airstream complete home-away-from-home. It is in good shape, original woodwork and vinyl, clean though shows some signs of its 50 years of service. Full kitchen with dishes , pots and pans and a French coffee press, and 1/2 bathroom (shower has retired—please use the outdoor one on the pond side of our house), electricity, heat and running water as the season allows. It comfortably accommodates two adults in the full bed and has a small fold-out couch for an additional person (most comfortable for a child or short person). If you need a porta-crib we can supply it at an additional charge. Use of a composting toilet near by and spacious outdoor shower at the farm house. Please note we charge $25 for each extra person per night after two guests. We encourage u to enjoy visiting with our many animals while u are here. No guest dogs are aloud, however, as it upsets out farm animals Guest access You have parking and a private lawn around your camper/s with outdoor table, seating area, camp fire dish and access to a shared grill. You may roam around the farm respecting fences and closed gates unless accompanied by one of your hosts. You may swim, fish or kayak on the farm pond at your own risk. There is no lifeguard. Children MUST be supervised at the pond and around the animal pens at all times. Other things to note As a camper in the woods on a working farm please expect that u will experience some insects. Bring bug spray if u think u would use it. Also, anticipate that u might hear the sounds of tree frogs, crickets, katydids, song birds, owls, woodpeckers, coyotes, roosters, cats, livestock guardian dogs or other animals. You may contract with us privately for: *the use of our bikes and kayaks *farm tours and various educational workshops offered on topics such as: cheese-making, soap making, animal husbandry, pasture-raised meat production, home butchering, composting, edible plant foraging, watercolor painting, etc. There is no internet at the campers. You may access the internet from your smart phone or bring your laptop to the house. Vintage campers are not handicap accessible.
