Sweet apt in Belmont 2-family on quiet street

Furnished apartment on first floor of our home. Quiet residential street walking distance to Belmont Center shops/restaurants, bus to Harvard Sq, mins to Boston by car or MBTA. One blk from park and pickleball. Open floor plan kitchen/dining; 3 bdrms: 2 queen, one IKEA couch converts to dbl (kids room); fireplace LR, screened porch and access to backyard patio. Parking for 1-2 cars. Couples, solo and business travelers, visiting professors and families welcome. Breakfast foods provided. The space Bonus--there's an upright piano in the dining room. (We tried to give it away but nobody wants an old piano.) Feel free to play, even if you haven't since middle school. Aside from the private screened front porch, a favorite spot for morning coffee in season, there's a small backyard garden patio w table and chairs, leading up to a garage roof-deck accessed from our upstairs porch as well. We use these outdoor spaces in season but guests are welcome to share them. (Note: young children must be supervised on circular stair and roof deck.) Dog (Kimba) lives upstairs but has no access to apt. She does sometimes greet guests from her perch on the roof-deck. Guest access Entry is through the back door next to garage. Simple directions will be sent a few days in advance of arrival. Other things to note Variety of breakfast foods provided. Please help yourself to food in fridge and pantry. One to four guests ideal; 5-6 doable, particularly with one or two kids. Third bedroom furnished as a kids room, but adults have used it more often.
