Brewster flats just minutes away. Our home has 2 mini-split AC units to cool the common living spaces on the first floor. Each bedroom has a window unit and the 2 upstairs bedrooms also have ceiling fans. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to feel right at home: coffee maker, mixer, blender and food processor. Each bedroom has a new queen mattress and comfortable pillows. There is a comfortable, sunny family room with a large flat screen TV. The living room has another flat screen TV. Both are smart TVs. The deck has an extra-long Pottery Barn table and 8 chairs for dining outside. There is a large Weber propane grill. Enjoy the outside shower after a day at the beach. We have 8 beach chairs and umbrellas/tents for the beach.
