This residential home truly offers the best of both worlds, with its close proximity to beaches, along with countless local attractions, and plenty of opportunities for land-based recreation. The location of the home provides easy access to countless beaches, lakes and ponds to include Sandy Neck Beach, Craigville Beach, Covell’s Beach, Millway Beach or take advantage of walkable access (5 minutes through a wooded path or less than half a mile by road) to the private beach on Mystic lake for swimming or canoeing.  If you prefer to drive, there is a parking lot too. This rental location is also convenient to catch ferries from Hyannis for a day trip to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, or enjoy a whale watch or deep sea fishing tour out of Barnstable Harbor.   If you prefer to stay on land, lounge on the hammock or shoot hoops, as there is a basketball hoop for your use.  Of course you can take a swing at golfing on one of many courses throughout the area.
