Fully equipped kitchen with full size stove an full size refrigerator as well as dishwasher. The rear bedrooms over look the pool area. Two queen bed and a sleeper sofa. Each bedroom is private. Very private suite on the second floor with all old hard wood floors large doors and many large windows. Located one block from St Charles avenue and the St Charles street car line. This suite is 3.3 miles from the french quarter and is a short distance by street car or Uber (5-7 Minutes by car). Landscaped garden area around the shared pool. The pool is shared with other guests and tenants. Entrance to the Pershing suite is through the main entrance via the front doors. Beautifully decorated foyer with antique crystal chandelier and lighting. This is a private suite and not a shared space. No pets are allowed. We will allow one certified service dog with appropriate certification papers but only with the payment of a $250 non refundable carpet cleaning fee. Multiple service animals are not allowed. This suite is on the second floor in a four unit home. THE PERSHING SUITE DOES NOT ENCOMPASS THE ENTIRE BUILDING. The suite is private and is not a shared space.
