This backyard cottage is located about 300 feet behind the main house with a 13,000 gallon and swimming pool and gazebo with deck between the two. The entire backyard is fenced in and some pets are welcome. Please message me and tell me which types of pets you have before booking. Please no more than 6 people even if they’re not staying overnight. During your stay you will have privacy as our family only uses the pool when we don’t have bookings. Weekly 20% Discount, Monthly 40% Discount The space The backyard cottage is conveniently located near the intersection of Ambassador Caffrey and Johnston Street. It is a mile away from Rouses supermarket, Lafayette public library, super one foods, Circle K, CVS, Walgreens, many fast food restaurants and many full-service restaurants as well. It is also located between Lourdes and Medical Center of SW Louisiana. Guest access Guests may use the backyard cottage, gazebo, pool and pool furniture and deck next to the main house. Quiet time begins at dusk. This means when the sun goes down, you may still sit in the gazebo or on the deck, but music and loud talking must cease. Other things to note Please lock the white gate from the outside. If you are on the inside, reach your right hand through the gate to lock it from the inside. NO DIVING An adult must be present with children at all times when outside, as there is no gate between the cottage and the pool.
